In July 2024, DELVEC achieved a significant milestone by deploying our nano-scale Tire-Wear Filtering System at the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Danube-Fetești, Romania. Our system, engineered to mitigate tire-wear microplastic contamination, employs precision nanotechnology to capture and retain particulate pollutants at the source. Its installation marks a milestone advancement in applied environmental remediation, facilitating enhanced water purification within industrial and municipal infrastructures.
